The Company

Be part of one of Australia's largest legal bodies based in the Sydney CBD on a 12 month FTC.

The Role

This is a junior to mid Business Analyst position on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with a view to going permanent. For this role, they are looking for someone who has a positive and proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail. Day to day you will be responsible for speaking to the internal and external stakeholders to understand how the business is working now, what processes they undertake and what they need from the systems. You will then undertake the task of reviewing these and streamlining the processes to be more effective and efficient. You will then be drawing up the efficiencies using your basic graphics and visual design skills to present back to the stakeholders.

There is an opportunity in this role to really make it as your own, the manager is looking for someone confident in their capabilities to make suggestions and recommendations on how to increase efficiency.

The Requirements

To be suitable for this role, you will need to have the following skill set;

  • 2+ Years in a Business Analyst Position creating business efficiencies
  • 2 + Years in wireframe and rapid prototyping
  • Excellent written and verbal skill and a high attention detail
  • Confidence to present the revised processes and efficiencies back to the stakeholders
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Full working rights for Australian on a permanent basis

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and influence and make a difference! Starting initially as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, but there are plans to convert the role to permanent.
