Role & responsibilities
- Proven experience in Business Analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to elicit, gather and translate requirements
- Experience with Human Centred Design, CX, UX or Design Thinking
- Ability to effectively engage and partner with key business groups (OD, HR, People & Culture, IT)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and milestones
- Very strong communication skills (written & verbal)
