We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join a leading cloud based software company in Southbank. This is a temporary role for approximately 4-8 weeks commencing on 19th November. Working in a standalone role you will be reporting to the General Manager on-site as well as liaising with the external Accountant, as required.
Duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Payroll support for 47 employees on a monthly basis
- Maintain Account Payable
- Ensure all purchase orders are attached to invoices
- Responsibility for ensuring all invoices and outstanding debts are paid
- Provide any financial and administration support as required
- All end of month reporting and reconciliations
We are looking for the following:
- Solid experience in a stand-alone accounting role
- A strong all-rounder
- Previous experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- High accuracy with a strong attention to detail are imperative
