The Company
This is one of Australia's most well-known Banks based in the Sydney CBD on a Permanent Basis.
The Role
Once in this role, you will be working as an Application Support Consultant working across complex multi-tier web applications. You will be supporting Level 2 and 3 Support directly to the users, both face to face, over email and using ServiceNow. You will be maintaining issue logs and produce detailed and high-quality incident reports. You will be working to strict SLAs and dealing with external vendors and other infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
The Requirement
For this role, the following requirements are a MUST;
- 5 + Years in an Application Support Role
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of ITIL
- Proven experience with 24x7 time critical environments
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, Appdynamics etc.
- Shell and Python skills will be looked upon very favourably
For this Permanent Position, the client is looking to pay circa $110k + a Higher than normal Super rate.
