In this role you will be:
▪ Resolving IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely and
Efficient manner in line with business requirements.
▪ Using application management software to collect statistics and proactively identify
Improvements.
▪ Employing appropriate application maintenance, support, and incident management processes
And procedures in supporting and maintaining applications, and in investigating and
Resolving application-related incidents.
▪ Providing timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
▪ Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
▪ Creating reports and data extracts.
▪ Data migration activities, including bulk data changes.
▪ Performing impact and root cause assessments.
▪ Assessing, planning, and deploying application changes.
▪ Undertaking application-related problem diagnosis, implementing problem resolution or
Prevention measures.
▪ Monitoring the availability, performance, and throughput of applications.
▪ Maintaining IT application support technical documentation.
To be successful you will need:
• SQL scripting and troubleshooting skills using
MS SQL Server.
• Troubleshooting Hangfire, Signal-R, SSRS,
SSIS, C#, VB.Net, ASP.net, Angular JQuery.
• Support tools knowledge.
• Advanced web application troubleshooting.
• Good communication & active listening.
• Investigation & diagnostic knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team under pressure.
• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring own work
Within short time horizons.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
