About the role & skills / experience
- Experience in providing application support and software support
- Strong technical support skills, L1 & L2 support skills
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience supporting software products or applications
- Ability to support multiple clients and client environments simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and team-working skills
- Experience supporting software or applications within the Healthcare OR Aged Care OR Medical Industry
