Reporting to the Head of Advisory, your main tasks will include:
- Provide Administration and Office support to the team of advisors
- Bookkeeping - payments and reconciliation
- Providing accurate records for clients
- Assisting the Office Manager and Group Accountant
- Minimum 2 years of strong Administration / Bookkeeping / PA experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Package experience
- MYOB experience required
- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency and is a strong team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
