We are seeking an experienced administrator, ideally with demonstrated experience working within the Health, Medical or Fundraising industry sector. You will be working closely with Health professionals providing support on a key business project.

You will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry - maintaining integrity of data within database
  • Provide reports to finance
  • Management of phone and email queries
  • Calendar organisation
  • General administration
  • Ad hoc tasks

Your will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in Administration or team support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Health Industry experience is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Strong organisation skills
