The role:
- General reception duties
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Processing invoices in SAP
- Setting up and tracking projects in SAP
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Travel coordination as required
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Superior communication skills, both written & oral
- Previous experience in using SAP (highly desirable)
