ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be working with a dynamic fun collaborative team who you will support in this role where you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Manage the day to day administration operations
- Develop, improve, and implement administrative policies and processes
- Manage the motor vehicle fleet
- Travel & accommodation bookings
- HR Support
- Maintain all company licences, insurances & accreditations
- Assist in daily operations
- Office Management Support
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Office Management & Administration skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, coach, lead and motivate the team
- Motivated with initiative to problem solving
- Strong time management and prioritizing skills
