- Temp to Perm position - ASAP START!!
- $32 p/h + super
- Homebush area
- 3:00am or 4am start - 12PM finish
- Warehouse environment
In this busy role reporting to the Financial Controller, your main duties will be:
- Processing all customer transactions including sales, refunds, credits and returns
- Answer incoming calls and re-direct
- Ensure funds all balance at the end of the shift, trouble-shoot to identify source of loss if any
- Assist Finance & Administration team as needed, including holiday
- Supporting Sales Team with general customer enquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Attend weekly meetings with Sales team in regard to their Customers and amounts outside of terms
- Excellent and accurate numeracy skills
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role (cash-handling, customer facing, administration)
- Experience operating and maintain a cash drawer
- Highly computer-literate in MS Office products and POS systems
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy in work
