ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working in a close-knitted team and you will advise clients and provide support on incoming enquiries. Internally, you will collaborate with team members and discuss any challenges and brainstorm ideas to overcome them.

  • Engage with clients and educate them on product knowledge
  • Work with team collaboratively to improve processes and systems
  • Manage and update the database
  • Understand the obstacles from client's perspective and look for ways to overcome them
  • Complaint resolution

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will be great for this role if you have been involved in the recruitment processes in your previous roles. You should be a people person, enjoys building and maintain these relationships, and wants to work for a fast-paced company
