We have an immediate opportunity available to join one of our clients as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Working alongside a great team located in Chatswood, this temporary contract will have you supporting full function accounts payable duties throughout the transition and implementation of a new system
- Creating POs and processing accounts payable invoices
- investigating discrepancies
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Processing payments runs
- Locating GST payable on expenses
You will have:
- Previous experience in full function AP
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to commit for a minimum of 3 months - essential
- Strong communication skills
- A high attention to detail
