My client is a leading ISP who are going from strength to strength and they are looking for a top performing Business Development Manager to join their successful team. The Opportunity

Due to growth, the SME team are looking to appoint an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of accounts focusing on upselling, cross selling and retention. You will ideally come from a phone based sales role within telco or ICT and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Your Role:

  • Bring a solutions focused enthusiastic approach to clients
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers with Targets and KPI's around Upselling, Cross-Selling & Retention
  • Retain and Grow your existing portfolio based on identifying customer needs and requirements
  • Work within sales campaigns and sales initiatives whilst being proactive in identifying new business opportunities
  • Learn and be an expert on products and solutions not just at a company level but also at an industry level

  • Proven ability to generate opportunities, with a track record of sales success
  • A Positive attitude and a team player
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously
