Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to focus on the Corporate division to manage and grow the high volume of existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, capable of balancing account management with business development to drive growth and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Focus on the enterprise and corporate clients - nurture existing clients and Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Create and execute clear sales strategies to hit revenue and company goals
- Attend networking events - external events as well as company key client events
- Work closely with the Founder/Director to implement ideas and initiatives to grow and manage sales targets
- Build and maintain strong partnership relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate space - ensure end-to-end smooth sales experience
- Consult with clients to understand and execute their event/conference vision and provide quotes based on the needs and requirements of stock
- Presenting to prospecting and existing clients, providing them with product and service knowledge/updates, and securing pipeline for upcoming events
About you:
- Proven track record in business development and Account Management
- Smooth stakeholder management - internal and external professionalism
- Experience in corporate events, conferences, or event equipment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving environment
- Lead by example, team player, and self-starter
- Willingness to travel nationally when required
