You will be joining a highly collaborative, supportive and driven team of PR & content professionals that push the limits of PR. - You will inspire, coach, and mentor Senior Account Managers leading them to produce quality work for their clients.
- As part of the senior leadership team, you will help drive and grow the business with your forward-thinking and growth mindset.
- You will work alongside clients to develop their strategic vision whilst liaising directly with both local and national media outlets to gain coverage for your clients who are leaders in their fields/industries.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Public Relations Director who is a leader in their field. Ambitious and well-practised, this role is for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level or be part of a team that values happiness and believes in the growth and development of the individual.
You live and breathe the media landscape and love the adrenaline rush from tackling a challenge. You know how to create cut-through story headlines to achieve top tier media coverage. You strive for better solutions and enjoy mentoring a team to do the same.
What We Need:
- At least 10 years experience (ideally in a PR agency, creative or senior media production role)
- Exceptional writing and content development skills across varied audiences and channels
- Growth mindset
- Proven experience leading high performing teams
- Passionate about mentoring and growing a team of Senior Account Managers to reach their full potential
- Crisis communication experience along with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Innovative thinker with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Ability to generate new business, whilst also providing support in new business development
