Job Description

  • 15 x Inbound Customer Service 
  • $31.25 per hour (Day) / $36.00 per hour (Afternoon)
  • WORK FROM HOME!!
  • 3 month Temp Assignment - Starts Immediately (likely to extend)
  • Work right through Xmas - Public Holidays and Weekends Available $$$$
Our client, a leader in the Health Industry is looking for 15 Customer Service Officers to join their customer centric team (inbound calls only). 

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main tasks will include:
  • Answering all customer queries via phone
  • Providing information and recommendations
  • Dealing with Irate or upset people
To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Good computer skills
  • The ability to start immediately
  • The ability to work through Xmas (option for Public Holidays and Weekends)
  • Emphathy and understanding
  • Your own computer, stable internet connection and possibly a headset.
