Job Description
- 15 x Inbound Customer Service
- $31.25 per hour (Day) / $36.00 per hour (Afternoon)
- WORK FROM HOME!!
- 3 month Temp Assignment - Starts Immediately (likely to extend)
- Work right through Xmas - Public Holidays and Weekends Available $$$$
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main tasks will include:
- Answering all customer queries via phone
- Providing information and recommendations
- Dealing with Irate or upset people
- Experience working in customer service
- Good computer skills
- The ability to start immediately
- The ability to work through Xmas (option for Public Holidays and Weekends)
- Emphathy and understanding
- Your own computer, stable internet connection and possibly a headset.
