Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator to join a well respected global office suite product provider for a 6 month contract.

The Role

Supporting the customer service and supply chain functions, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with international suppliers & various internal departments
  • Reserving stock, and allocate stock to customer accounts.
  • Processing and receipting of orders and shipments in SAP.
  • Respond to email and phone based queries
  • Understand lead times for manufacturing & dispatch 
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery 
About You

To be successful you will demonstrate

  • A general understanding of purchasing, supply chain and logistics
  • Previous Customer Service and order processing experience
  • SAP system experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills word, excel and fast accurate data entry
