Job Description

Sirius People are working exclusively with a well-established provider in the eCommerce industry. The company’s products and services are innovative in the area of cloud based e-commerce solutions. They are looking for a Client Support Executive to join their team immediately! Initially a 3 month with the view to go permanent.


In this role you will be working as part of a wider team and be responsible for the below:

  • Provide direct and friendly assistance to all clients
  • Implement problem solving advise to diagnose and what is/are factors leading to the clients problem
  • Aim to resolve all technical enquiries in a timely, efficient manner 
  • Accurately record and log details of client on boarding and build relationships
  • Escalate any issue that cannot be resolved in a timely manner 
  • Work towards KPI’s set before you and accurately provide feedback
  • Proven track record of client support within a tech, e-commerce or SaaS based industry
  • High level of motivation and results driven
  • Qualifications in a specific IT related field, highly desirable 
  • Strong communication skills (troubleshooting and problem solving)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Operating systems 
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow & develop your skills in the rapidly evolving FinTech sector
  • Immediate start
