Job Description


The Senior Product Designer will work closely with product, engineering and client delivery teams. You will be responsible for creating desirable, usable and compelling experiences, designing original concepts and extending the core product range.

Role and responsibilities:
  • Strong human-centred or goal-based product design process
  • Customer testing and research throughout the design funnel (ethnographic research, resonance testing and usability testing)
  • Establish design principles and systems that result in quality design outcomes
  • Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites
  • Translate concepts into service blueprints, customer and user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
  • Understand that technical, business and design constraints and priorities factor into every product decision
 
Skills and experience:

  • At least 4 + years of professional design experience, including UX experience
  • Support client facing teams across regions
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Work and collaborate with global teams
  • Very strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a natural ability to articulate design decisions and workshops
  • Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering and UX research
  • In depth design systems experience
  • An appreciation of the entire product development process
  • Experience in financial services is a plus
  • Strong portfolio
