Job Description

Sirius people are working with a fast-growing healthcare company based in Macquarie Park, looking to find a highly motivated customer service representative!


ABOUT THE ROLE: 

You will be providing dedicated customer service, order management and building strong stakeholder relationships to contribute which include the below responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and delivery expectations as per orders received 
  • Provide first tier of support for product knowledge, order tracking and product complaints 
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on deliveries 
  • Processing customer order and accurately entering data through SAP 
  • Provide approvals for urgent freight 
  • Investigate claims, short shipments and follow up on DN’s
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalations
  • Maintain monthly KPI’s 
ABOUT YOU: 
  • 3-5 years customer service experience 
  • Prior experience and understanding of logistics 
  • Strong communications skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service 
  • Professional phone manner
  • Highly motivated and goal orientated 
  • Prior computer experience with SAP or a similar CRM is required
  • Prior health care knowledge would be highly desireable
