Job Description

Sirius People are working exclusively with a global brand that provide a suite of products to customers and need a Help Desk Officer to join their team immediately!
This role is remote, working from home and provides career opportunities and progression for a highly motivated independent worker looking to join a great brand!
In this role you will be working as part of a wider team and be responsible for the below:
  • Provide direct and friendly assistance to all customers 
  • Implement problem solving advise to diagnose and what is/are factors leading to the customers problem
  • Aim to resolve all technical enquiries in a timely, efficient manner 
  • Accurately record and log details of any customer contacts received into the help desk system
  • Escalate any issue that cannot be resolved in a timely manner 
  • Undertake periodic technical skill and knowledge tests to keep your knowledge and skills sharp regarding brands products. 
  • Work towards KPI’s set before you and accurately provide feedback
  • Minimum 6 months prior help desk experience 
  • Minimum 6 months technical support experience 
  • Qualifications in a specific IT related field, highly desirable 
  • Strong communication skills (troubleshooting and problem solving)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Operating systems 
  • Prior exposure to networking products (including LAN/WAN, TCP/ IP and wireless) 
  • Exposure to Live Chat systems
  • Immediate start, with working from home flexibility 
  • 2-week training programme based in Eastern Creek + ongoing training
