Job Description

  • Melbourne North-West Suburbs
  • 3 mth contract + extension
  • Up to $500 per day
This organisation is a leading telecommunications provider in Melbourne’s North-West suburbs. They are currently looking for a strong Java Developer to be based in Melbourne to join their team.

In this role you will be:
  • Primarily working on enhancing and maintaining products
  • Design and develop technical solutions to meet the business requirements
  • Produce clean, efficient, robust and secure code
  • Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and experience to work through technical problems quickly and effectively
  • Develop complex product prototypes
To be successful you will need:
  • Experience with Java Development
  • Experience with Front End Technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with databases such as SQL, MYSQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL
  • SOAP/Restful services experience
  • Fast learner with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Will require full Australian working rights
This is a great contract opportunity for someone who is looking to work close to home in the North-West suburbs on Melbourne. They have great modern offices and free onsite parking. Possibility of long term extensions for the right candidate.
