Sirius support is working with an established global technology company that is looking for a friendly, personable Officer Administrator to join their organisation on a fixed-term contract for 9 months.
This role is supporting with office coordination, facilities and reception, the successful candidate would be an office all-rounder who has previous office administration experience and is keen to expand their skill sets working within a diverse role.
- Liaise with external parties to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Managing and coordinating facilities, managing on-site contractors and issues that may occur with the building
- Responding to repair and maintenance requests
- Managing cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, ordering stationery, inventory control and pantry such as tea & coffee.
- Managing reception, registering guests, booking meeting rooms
- Previous experience working in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously
