Join this exciting and growing Medical Technology organisation based in Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs! They have a unique opportunity for a solid IT Development Manager to join on a permanent basis in their growing team. This role will be 75% management and 25% hands on. You will be leading a team of 12 people/Developers including doing performance management, KPIs, People Management.
Strong people skills and technical skills are required for this role.
Key Requirements (Essential):-
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Be able to mentor a team of 12 people
- 75% management, 25% hands on
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the Development (technology) industry
- Self-starter, strong communicator
- Experience in managing teams
- Process improvement, improving productivity
- Liaise with Senior Management and Directors
- Open to candidates from a .NET Development background of PHP, SQL background
- Able to travel to Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs a few days per week
