In this role you will be:
- Providing support for their SaaS applications, and CRM tools
- Manage the delivery , config and admin, QA for the platforms
- Manage key incident resolution
- Be responsible for a lot of the data
- Assist vendor partners when applicable
- Assist the wider team with process improvement
- Some Business Analysis work will be required - working with the business to identify requirements.
- Previous experience with application support - specifically in SaaS environments
- A strong understanding of CRM and data
- Ability to work with technical and non technical people
- Strong communication skills
