Job Description

  • Receptionist / Office Assistant 
  • Location: North Sydney  (based in the office full time 8am -4.30pm )
  • Salary : $60,000 + Super 
  • 3 months contrcat, immediate start 
Sirius Support is looking for a professional, outgoing, friendly Receptionist to join a well-established organisation. You will be acting as the face of the company assisting employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.


The role:

  • Assist visitors to sign in
  • Sorting and managing mail and couriers
  • Providing high-level customer service at the reception:
  • Engage in Fire Warden duties
  • Ensure the reception area is kept neat at all times
  • Order office consumables
  • Coordinate any building maintenance reporting on any issues
  • Book meeting rooms and organise catering requirements
  • Assisting in general office administration
  • Assisting in Travel bookings 
  • Process invoices (SAP)
  • Budget activities

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 Years Reception experience 
  • Fantastic organisational skills with the ability to  be a quick learner 
  • Strong customer focus with high attention to  detail
  • Confident time management
  • Solid administration skills
  • Experience in using SAP is highly desirable
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office including word and excel
Due to  the nature of this role the successful candidate must have full working rights and be able to commence employment on 6th April.
