- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feed it back to the development team
- Build Power BI dashboard and reports to tell the story of your insights to inform decision making
- Problem solve
- Process Map and optimise current processes
- Draw on your excellent communication skills to gather stakeholder requirements and guide them to uncover what they “really need”
- Collaborate with the other Data Experts in your team
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in IT/Maths/Stats/BA or relevant commercial experience
- Demonstrated experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (Must have)
- Demonstrated experience in a technical BA role or a Data role that requires talking to stakeholders
- Proficient in SQL and must be able to write your own SQL Queries
- Demonstrated experience process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (client requirement gathering)
