Warranty Administrator & Customer Service 
Location: Homebush   
Temp - Perm 
Immediate Start 
Rate:  Competitive 

Sirius support is looking for an experienced Customer Service Warranty Agents to join a well-known organisation within the retail industry based in Homebush. Working alongside a friendly, close-knit and supportive bunch, you will be taught on the job as part of a buddy system being partnered up with a senior customer service agent.

This is an immediate start opportunity with permanent employment for the right candidate. 

The sucsessful candidates will have proven experience in problem-solving, excel in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment.  

Duties: 
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls 
  • Follow up on raised warranty claims 
  • Ensure all tickets are promptly responded to or allocated to  the correct person 
  • Managing customer issues over the phone, troubleshooting or booking Technicians to assist customers with their faulty product.
  • Check internal stock and order parts if stock is not available 
  • Managing invoices and Warranty claims 
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and redirect as necessary.
  • Process and prepare outgoing correspondence.

  • Manage all calls with empathy and patience   
  • Proven experience in problem-solving 
  • Retail industry experience 
  • Fast learner
