Job Description

  • Face to Face and Phone based work 
This role will be the first point of contact for all customers who require assistance in recovering their data. The primary purpose of this role will be to deliver a prompt and positive customer service to a high professional standard. The role will also suit an individual who has experience servicing both B2C and B2B clients and require strong organisation skills, administration skills and interpersonal to manage a range of personalities and deal with people face to face, by phone, online in professional manner always.   

Typical day to day activities include: 

  • Providing a single point of contact for B2C and B2B clients for Data Recovery jobs
  • In person and telephone communication with Data Recovery Clients local and interstate
  • Provide feedback to management to derive new offerings and initiatives
  • Work with internal sales team to create new and relevant marketing initiatives
  • Provide daily and weekly reports
  • Coordinating courier services
  • Quoting and invoicing customers using Xero
  • Booking jobs into the ticketing system
  • Demonstrate basic technical knowledge of computing and media devices (Mobile phones, hard drives, computers, tablets, network storage devices)
  • Provide support to the Sales executives and management
To be successful you will need: 

  • At least 2 years experience in a role where you provided high levels of customer service to customers Face to Face or via the phone 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Starter; Organised; Problem-Solver; Detail-Oriented
  • Solution delivery and commercial acumen
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Ability to follow instructions and to assist people through steps and process 
This role supports the technical and sales teams. You will not be required to cold call clients, however there will be outbound calls to be made to provide updates, or booking couriers etc. The team is a small team so we are looking for someone who can come in and just do whats needed to help support customers as required.
