ERP Test Analyst :: Sydney :: 12 Month FTC 

Leading household name organisation is looking to hire ERP Test Analysts to work on end to end testing activities on a large scale MS Dynamics implementation across multiple sites and divisions. You will have a successful track record of wholesale testing activities on multiple ERP implementations and finance systems test experience. The main roles and responsibilities for this ERP Test Analyst highlighted below 

  • Design, document, and test the end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Mgt test scripts.  
  • Test plan data migration and data cleansing, end-to-end throughout the full ERP  program lifecycle
  • Own UAT process and work closely with the Test Lead 
  • Interview business users and Business Analyst's to understand Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that the ERP system must supports
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems and think creatively
  • Broad technical knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills
Essential experience

  • Experience in ERP systems implementation
  • Minimum 2 ERP projects as a Test Analyst
  • Designing and developing ERP Test Scripts
  • Managing a team of UAT / testers and end user stakeholders
  • Ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall Test Plan, Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (both functional and technical components)
  • Familiar with ERP business process best practices, such as GDPR for D365.

  • Knowledge of D365 Finance
  • Knowledge of D365 Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of Lifecycle Services
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or JIRA
  • Experience of undertaking a project which required multi-disciplinary co-ordination
  • Flexible approach to working hours and after-hours commitments
