Job Description
- Permanent: $70K + Super (prorated part-time $42k )
- Located: Balmain
- Part-time opportunity: 3 days per week
- Managing incoming emails/correspondence, redirecting questions and issues where appropriate and/or drafting acknowledgement or responses to email and letters.
- Diary management, including scheduling meetings, prioritising conflicting needs and ensuring time is appropriately available for critical meetings and issues.
- Assisting with projects when required
- Microsoft Visio flowcharts, org charts, data flow diagrams etc.
- Adhoc administration
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Tech Savvy
- Microsoft Visio flowcharts experience
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
