Job Description
To be successful in this role, you must have a digital engineering background with a strong understanding and passion for DE, BIM, Digital Twins and digital transformation projects. A track record of leadership in this space with strong client and stakeholder management experience and a proven ability to enable business growth.
Role and responsibilities:
- Growing the DAE team and business within ANZ and later throughout the Southern Hemisphere
- Be a thought leader in Digital Engineering, understanding emerging trends like Digital Twins and developing capabilities and offerings accordingly
- Actively engaging with potential / target clients to identify needs and opportunities
- Assess current digital capability and risks, then develop digital vision, gap analysis and road map for DE/BIM and Digital Twins implementation
- Provide DAE consultancy services, project management and training
- Assist with integration of DE/BIM with Asset Management and Operations
- Contribute towards to revenue, utilisation and productivity targets
- Run transformation programs, including pilot projects
- Build effective relationships with internal teams and project stakeholders
- Create an environment where people are supported to innovate and experiment
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain the right people to create a sustainable high performing DAE team
