- 4 months fixed term contract (possibility of permanency)

Predominantly managing the despatching of orders and inventory management, you will be a point of contact for all warehouses across ANZ.
The role:
- Receipt and process orders
- Liaise with warehouse regarding the correct despatch of orders
- Investigate any order discrepancies and provide solutions
- Liaise with Account Manager regarding product availability and stock shortages from overseas suppliers
- Reconcile stock availability for each site against EDI orders
- Assist with basic reporting regarding despatched orders and inventory
- Commit to Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm)
- Previous order processing experience
- A solid understanding of despatch and inventory functions
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills (both written & oral)
- The ability to build string rapport with internal departments
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
