- Permanent role: $65K - $70K + super

The role
Supporting across multiple business functions, this role will have you mainly interacting with customers and internal departments to ensure that order are despatched and received within a timely and efficient manner.
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding orders
- Process customer orders on in-house ERP system
- Liaise with warehouse team to ensure goods are dispatched in a timely manner
- Data entry input into Excel regarding orders and status
- Liaise with logistics companies regarding bookings & deliveries
- General administration in support of despatch and logistics
- Previous phone based customer service experience
- Must be able to commit to 6.30 am – 4.30 pm (10 hour day)
- Exposure to full order processing cycle
- Strong problem solving & organisational skills
- Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong communications skills both written & oral
