.NET Technical Lead/.NET Development Manager/.NET Development Lead – Melbourne – Permanent Full-Time (Work From Home)

Join this exciting and growing FinTech organisation based in Melbourne! They have a unique opportunity for a solid .NET Technical Lead or .NET Development Manager to join on a permanent basis in their growing team. This role will be 60% management and 40% hands on. You will be leading a team of 4-5 .NET Developers including doing performance management, KPIs, People Management.

Strong leadership and people skills and technical skills are required for this role. You will be a leader of 4-5 .NET Developers in a growing organisation and team.
 
Key Requirements:- 
  • Strong leadership experience as a Technical Lead or Development Manager (This role is 60% Management, 40% Hands on)
  • MUST have at least strong experience as a people leader leading teams of 2+ people
  • At least 5 years as a Software Engineer/Developer
  • .NET experience
  • SQL experience (or databases)
  • Work from Home (WFH) Due to COVID-19
