Job Description

Huge opportunity for an experienced specialist to focus on pre-sales, implementations and post-sales, of a cloud based payments solution.

You will be joining a market leader in cloud based Payment technology solutions, with clients that range from small innovative start-ups to international enterprises in a verity of sectors including government, financial services, banking, insurance, utilities, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have experience3 in a similar implementation role for a payments solutions company or a SaaS based company.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Pre-Sales: around 10%
  • Identify prospects pain points
  • Work with product team to prepare & deliver technical presentations and statements of work
  • Educate prospects on product implementation and usage
  • Answer prospects technical and security questions
  • Participate in consultations / product capability assessments with prospects
  • Create relationships with key decision makers and serve as external para-technical spokesperson
Implementations: around 70%
  • Project manage client implementations and key internal initiates
  • Provide implementation support to clients, partners and resellers
  • Manage the implementations support queue on the ticketing system
Post-Sales: around 10%
  • Work directly with customer contacts to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Escalate problems when a solution requires additional expertise
  • Provide customer feedback to development teams to support roadmap planning
  • Document technical articles for use of technical support personnel
  • Participate in the technical support as an Account related escalation point

  • Marketing analytics and campaigns

Skills & experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convert hi-tech concepts to business and layman language
  • Managing and delivering complex/high exposure projects with multiple stakeholders
  • High level planning and organising skills
  • Ability to learn about tech products and target markets quickly
  • Confident to talk to customers in pre and post-sales scenarios
  • Ability to present and facilitate to small and large audiences
