- Data entry
- Data review
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Reviewing inbound enquiries in Salesforce and assigning to members of the team for a follow up call.
- Contacting inbound enquirers to clarify their needs.
- Booking appointments
- Great timekeeping and reliability
