- Develop and maintain project schedules and produces project reports and documentation.
- Develop, conceptual, design documents, including project definition, alternative solutions, scope of work, functional specifications, and logical skeletons for new systems
- Liaise with end users and software development teams, including functioning as a subject matter expert (SME) in translating requirements to software development teams
- Prepare project proposals and project plans
- Extensive experience with process mapping, process management
- Ability to identify and document business and data transformation rules
- Ability to write basic SQL queries
- Banking and Financial experience is preferred
