Located in Southbank, VIC this is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator who is eager to learn and improve to further develop their career. The suitable candidate will be process driven and highly organised with a proven ability to think outside the box.
What we are looking for:
- An understanding and experience within recruitment, HR Policies and Awards & legislation
- Support with new employee onboarding, employment contracts, internal new starter processes and assisting with in-house training.
- Support with recruitment strategies, providing advice, support & guidance when needed.
- Assist with the L&D functions and scheduling for the business
- Managing all employee HR enquiries
