Job Description
Located locally to the CBD this role requires an experienced Receptionist / Switchboard operator with a passion for delivering a quality service. The role itself will see successful applicants take a high volume of inbound calls from customers. You would be the face of this organisation offering a welcoming introduction, providing guidance and a quick connection to the best contacts.
What we are looking for:
- Previous high volume call centre experience 1-2 years
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- First-rate problem-solving skills
- A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
- A professional and positive approach
- Previous experience within NFP will be highly regarded
- Professional attitude at all times
- Advanced Knowledge using Microsoft Office including word and excel
- A supportive team

- Full time, Mon - Fri
- Salary : $55k + Super
