Job Description
Due to an increased customer base, this boutique MSP are looking to mature their offering to their clients by hiring a Support Team Lead to manage a team of 5-8 IT professionals.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Drive and deliver high quality customer support across various customers.
- Provide day-to-day leadership of support team of level 1 and level 2 support.
- Foster partnerships with customers to enable increased confidence and trust in support teams.
- Achieve increased productivity and minimise disruptions through quick resolutions for customers.
You, as the ideal candidate will have:
- At Least 2 years experience as Service Desk Team Lead / Manager
- Previous experience with support teams dealing with 500 tickets per week / 1000 calls per week.
- Proven management skills
- Proven time management experience
- Highly experienced technical skills (Citrix / RDS Server Environments)
- Previous experience with Crisis Management
- Great people management and communication skills
