Salesforce Development Lead // Communities // Lightning // Greenfield projects 

Sirius Technology are working with a professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to join their growing team. 

This organisation have recently implemented Salesforce across the business and having set out the initial architecture they are growing their internal team to help with delivering current projects.  The business need an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join to add their knowledge and skills to on-going projects.   

In this role, you will be responsible for: 
  • Coding and Configuring the platform 
  • Demonstrating coding standards and apply knowledge of best practices on the platform. 
  • Perform regular code reviews on completion of development tasks 
  • Create release notes and work closely with platform owners
  • Be part of the Design Integrity Forum 
  • Maintain high level of development standards
  • Collaborate with other technical teams, sharing knowledge and ideas on design solutions.

You, as the perfect candidate will have: 
  • At least 4 Years Salesforce Development Experience 
  • Strong experience in Community Cloud 
  • Strong experience in Lightning development 
  • Recent experience working in an Agile methodology 
  • Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends 
  • Hold at least 3 Salesforce Certifications (ideally Admin, PD1 and Platform App Builder)
