Sirius Support have the pleasure of supporting our client in finding next level talent within their Online Fraud Investigation team!
You will be responsible for the following
- CNP fraud prevention & Risk Assessment
- Always analysing order data
- Identify emerging fraud trends and purchase patterns
- Developing strategies to mitigate trends
- Working closely with fraud partners to ensure strategies are implemented
- Management, maintenance, and updating of fraud systems
- Escalation point for fraud detection and policy queries
- Charge back and transaction analyst and reporting
- Development of internal processes & practices
- Paypal account management & dispute resolution
- Process of internal ticket queries
- Working for one of Australia's largest online retailers
