- Looking at current employee accruals
- Compare them to own accrual
- Make adjustments in Chris21 if needed
- Keep a register of any changes
- Organise reconciliation data so that you can refer to it in the future or send the calculation to employees if requested.
- Finance or accounting back ground
- Payroll experience
- Leave reconciliation experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong Excel knowledge.
