Sirius Technology are working closely with a very well established Australian brand who have a permanent opportunity for a Lead System Engineer who can lead and maintain a high performing Service and Desktop support teams.
Role and responsibilities:
Take ownership of and implement Service and Desktop support improvements
Monitor, guide and support service delivery ensuring policies and procedures are being followed
Provide high level support and ensure availability of AV and meeting room systems
Assist and support projects which impact the service area
Capacity planning for tech demands and future growth
Promote high performance and accountability culture
Skills and experience:
8-10 years commercial IT support and engineering experience
Proven team leadership and management skills
Design, implementation and support of enterprise systems and infrastructure
Strong Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and CRM skills
Outstanding problem solving, organisation and communications skills
