Job Description
The role:
- Assist with order/despatch enquiries
- Issue dockets to drivers and mark on run sheets
- Match dockets and ensure all are returned
- Assist with the backlog of documentation
- Support ad-hoc administration duties as required
- Previous experience in despatch
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Be committed to a minimum of 3 months
- Strong administration and system knowledge
