My client is looking for an expert in engineering for analytics to join the team and help create an analysis-friendly data ecosystem and new features as well as optimise existing products across the Product & Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting solutions to surface critical data and performance metrics.
  • Partnering with product owners, data scientists & machine learning engineers, you will design datasets and metrics to measure and optimize products.
  • You will build and be responsible for the analytics layer of our team’s data environment, making data standardized and easily accessible.
  • Work with the team to design, build and maintain a suite of visual dashboards.
  • Help drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve data quality.
  • Contribute to the development of the Product Insights function and the wider analytics community within the business
Essential Skillsets:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in delivering data science solutions
  • Software engineering background will be highly regarded
  • Solid experience in Statistical testing (A/B testing, Attribution methodologies/tools)
  • Solid Python [Keras, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy etc.], SQL, Scala
  • Agile environment
  • Cloud exposure – AWS services
  • Big Data – Spark, Scala, Databricks etc.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Visualisation skillset – Tableau, Power BI etc
  • Hands-on and deep understanding of ML algorithms
