Our client who is a leading IT consultancy is looking to hire an IT Project Coordinator with previous experience working on an Office 365 roll-out / implementation project to work onsite with their client based in the Melbourne North Eastern suburbs.
In this role, you will perform a key role in the management and implementation of this project whilst working closely with and liaising directly with the broader projects team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end project coordination and delivery;
- Manage multiple projects concurrently;
- Ensuring the required outcomes of the projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Scheduling and resource management.
- Demnstrated experience in a project coordinator role;
- Demosntrated experience working on an Office 365 roll-out / implementation project
- Experience managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and technical skills;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
