Our client is looking for a driven Help Desk Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Technology Manager you will be the first point of call for all technology support related issues within the business.
In this role you will be required to: 
  • Answer support calls in a professional manner 
  • Manage the support tickets in the system - Delegate to vendors and internal staff as required 
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to all internal customers 
  • Update internal documentation as required 
  • Ensure printing maintenance is managed 
  • Manage some asset inventory, warranty and end of support details 
  • Provide support for VOIP, Video conferencing technology 
  • Participate in team projects as required 
To be successful you will need: 
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Demonstrated experience providing support within companies of over 100 end users 
  • Strong customer service capability 
  • Experience supporting a Microsoft environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
